Shri Mataji Nirmala Devi Square in Sao Paulo
This letter from city council was circulating on the whatsapp groups. So we got in touch with the yogis of Sao Paulo. It is approved but not official yet. Can take some time before the street sign will be up there. When that is happening, there will be big celebration with yogis on the square. And there will be a bust sculpture of SM made by a Sahaj artist, placed on the square. Hopefully we have more news about this next month.
International Shri Mahakali Puja

Culture of the Spirit
The 29th of October was a good day for public programs. There was program in Rome in the form of a Culture of the Spirit festival. At a beautiful Roman location The Estrusken Museum with Music, conference, and theatre:

And the English yogis took part in the London Diwali celebrations. With a performance of Siddhi and Kinga on the main stage, including a realization exercise with 25.000 people. There was a well visited SY stall in the in the middle of all the festivities on Trafalgar square.

French government recognition
French government has recognized VND/Vishwa Nirmala Dharma as an official religion, like Christianism Judaism, Islam etc. The yogis say that they worked on it for 32 years. This official recognition counts for 5 years. It is amazing that this good news comes just before the International Diwali Puja in France!

Navaratri Puja in Cabella
By the Grace and Blessing of the Divine, the festival of the Nine Nights of Navaratri will take place between Sunday 15th, and Monday 23rd October in Cabella Ligure. The great Durga Puja will be offered on Sunday 22nd October. The Festival of Dussehra will be celebrated on Tuesday 24th October. Diwali Puja
The Diwali Puja will be held in the beautiful town of Saint-Malo, in France, a port city in Brittany. The Puja weekend starts on Friday the 10th of November with an opening ceremony and cultural programs. On Saturday 11th of November will be the International Diwali Puja, and on Sunday there is a visit to Mont Saint Michel planned, which Shri Mataji referred to as a Swayambhu.

Tanzania Realization Tour
The Music of Spirit team is organizing a realization tour in Tanzania from november the 16th until november the 30th. Many volunteers and music artists are needed in this tour. Joy For Children Vienna kindergarten
This kindergarten is doing amazing, it has Sahaja Yoga officially as their educational concept, and it has children both from yogi and non-yogi background.
On 13th November, 2 psychologists are coming to see the effect of Sahaja Yoga meditation on younger children. This assessment will play a vital role in the recognition of Vishwa Nirmala Dharma in Austria, so the yogis from Austria request collective bhandans and enlightened attention for this.

News of the South Asia tour
To commemorate Shri Mataji’s 100th birthday, Vishwa Nirmala Dharma Society of Malaysia have organised a Self Realization tour covering Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam and Singapore. It started on the 29th September and will continue until the 5th November.
About 50 yogis from around the globe are realising our Mothers dream to spread Her love to seekers. The tour started in Malaysia with Shri Ganesha Puja on Penang island. Next there was Self Realization programms in schools in Cameron Highlands, where the participants were taken on a tour of the tea plantation and flower garden. The yogis and everyone who attended were given a traditional welcome at Champagnat Youth Centre in Port Dickson, where also a Havan was held for the success of the Sea Tour.

A chinese sahaja yogi, who is a businessman, has daily morning meditations with his employees before work
Once every month, Brother Zeng hosts a strategic management function. In addition to sharing their business expertise, the guests are also given the gift of Self Realisation. At the last meeting, almost 500 people attended the function and shared this beautiful experience.
World Yoga Day
The World Yoga Day was very successful for SY. There was the SY meditation worldwide with live and recorded sessions on Youtube, in several languages, amongst them, Arabi, Chinese and Greek.

The Sahaja Yogis in Ivory Coast had a great achievement for World Yoga day: they were invited on National TV to talk about SY!
In Geneva, Switzerland, yogis gave Self-Realization in from of the United Nations, with 500 participants, and in Paris, as well as in Germany, Yogis were invited by the Embassy of India.
Meditate anytime, the US platform, has a whole week of online events with live music and meditation, which lasts until the 25th of June. These are just a few events that we came to know about. And of course, there are a lot of events and public programs in honor of the 100th Birthday celebrations.

Also a public program in honor of the 100th birthday was celebrated in Genova. Sahaja yogis of Spain were giving Self-Realization on a Yoga Fair in Alicante. In Belgium they have a lot going on, quite a few events, with special guests Kinga and Shaktidar. And not to forget the English Realization Tour with all the yogis that stayed after Shri Adi Shakti Puja in Blossom Farm. Where they had street Realizations and music programs.

Yuva events this summer
There is the Austrian Yuva Tour, from the 16th until the 31st of July. It will cover 8 beautiful cities has music programs and street Realizations. There are seminars all over the world and you can enjoy your whole summer going from one seminar to the next.
There are also two seminars in Europe! The Daglio Yuva Seminar, immediately after Daglio Children Camp, between Monday 14th of August and Friday 18th. The targeted age range is 16 to 26.
The Blossom Farm Yuva Seminar will happen the week after the Daglio Yuva Seminar, between Monday 21st of August and Sunday 27th. The targeted age range is a bit larger: 13 to 28 years old.

MEDITATE TO SAVE THE WORLD
Center for Evolutionary Learning, in short CEL, a group of yogis who promote meditation in the corporate and academic world, got this headline in the Financial Times.
That message corresponds with an Award for best Responsible Business Education for a course at the Leonardo Centre at Imperial College in which CEL meditation is used to boost Sustainable Leadership education.

Kolkata International Film festival
The Sahaja Yogini; Neha “Bhavini” Sharma got awarded at the Kolkata International Film festival with her documentary “Nybreum”. It is a docu-film on bride trafficking between West Bengal and Kashmir and the difficulties shooting the film. She got the Golden Royal Bengal Award for the best Indian Documentary.

The 100th Year Birthday song
Our dear sister Anandita Basu has started a beautiful project of a 100 years birthday celebration song for Shri Mataji as one Sahaja Yoga Family. The idea is that we all learn this song in our collectivity, and then record the song with video as a gift for Shri Mataji.
On the 100th Year Birthday song whatsapp and telegram groups you find all the audio and video instructions, and in January online live rehearsals started that were recorded. If your collective did not join yet you can still do it. Last day to record and send your audio and video file is 10th of February.
How amazing it would be if each Sahaja Yogi learns the song and performs the song on Mother’s Birthday puja around the globe where you might be for birthday puja. Yogis are invited to either sing together in English or translated in your own language, in Opera style, or African or any other style of your country. And make a 1 minute video with your collective while dancing, playing or cooking together. Join the 100th Birthday song groups on whatsapp and telegram.

It can not have escaped your attention that all Yogis are invited to come to India, to celebrate the 100th Anniversary of Shri Mataji’s Advent. The celebrations consist two routes, which will culminate in a grand Puja in Ganapatipule in April.

William Blake’s Birthday
The UK collective hosted three events for the occasion of William Blake’s 265th Birthday on the 28th of November. One of them, a lovely uplifting musical performance that tells the story of the creative process behind William Blake’s master pieces, which was held at the Bookery Gallery for a yogi and non-yogi audience. We would like to support the initiative of collecting small toys for children in Ukraine, although it was requested to be sent latest today, we ask yogis to still donate toys to the children that have to live in such difficult circumstances. Our own Nira told us about a practice that is common in his country Lithuania. When you have a cold, you go to the “Salt room”. Even at schools, to keep children healthy in the cold and wet season there is often a “salt room” at school. Now, what is it? This is called Halo-Therapy, it involves breathing in air with tiny salt particles to improve your breathing and to cure lung problems. And already in the 12th century, it was common in Eastern Europe to visit salt caves for therapeutic reasons. Morocco Tour
At this moment there is a tour in Morocco happening! It started last Tuesday the 8th of November with sessions in schools in Rabat and Sale. On Wednesday there were sessions in schools and a public program in Sale Today. Friday the 11th there were again sessions at schools. Hundreds of schoolchildren and teenagers got their Self-realization. And new yogini from Rabat led two public programs in Arabic. Well done dear yogis who are now in Morocco to do this wonderful work.
India Tour
Next year is going to be a very special year for Sahaja Yogis. For the occasion of Shri Mataji’s 100th Birthday, we got invitations to come to India and celebrate this in Mother’s Holy Land. As Shri Mataji, Herself had India tours with us in the 80ths and early 90ths. The India Tour 2023 which is called ‘Yogdhara’ already starts at January 20th and leads up to Her Birthday on the 21st of March. There will be a few different tour routes organized. TEV tour in Italy
Theatre of Eternal Values had a successful tour with Shakespeare’s Women.
With performances in Verona, Venice, Piacenza, Bologna, and Busana Vecchia.
The locations and stages were very diverse; from theatre and outdoor courtyard stage to Art Gallery and Forrest. Each location gave an extra dimension to the play.
If you don’t know it yet: Shakespeare’s Women is about the strength of Women.
A topic that is very important nowadays. We connect Shakespeare’s text with the words of Shri Mataji, in a way that the audience gets their Self Realization.

Diwali Puja 2022 in Africa
For a few years, we have had the beautiful tradition of having the Diwali Puja,
the Puja to worship our Divine Mother in the form of Shri Mahalaxmi,
in Africa.
This year the International Diwali Puja will be co-hosted by Africa and France and held in Mombasa, Kenya.
The celebrations will be from the 17th to 24th of October and include no less than 7 public programs, going deeper sessions, and visits to artists and woodcarvers.
From a sister in Kenya, we heard that there are a lot of African dances included!
The Puja itself will be on the 23rd of October in Mombasa, a city on the Indian Ocean.
If you want to stay in this beautiful continent and in the company of the African Yogis a little longer, there is the opportunity to go on Safari together!
There is a Safari tour organized from 24 to 26th October.

World Mental Health Day, 8 October 2022
On the occasion of World Mental Health Day, we have a special session this coming Saturday during our 11 am CT class.
We have a special guest, Dr. Maria Teresa Blazquez, from Granada, Spain who is a practitioner of Sahaja Yoga since 1987 and has done a lot of research in the field of Meditation and its effects on the human brain.
She is the author of the book “Beyond thoughts I exist” (2021) and In the Mind or in the Self? , in which she describes her experience of living in a state of inner silence for much of the day throughout, the experience marked the beginning of a rigorous investigation of the effects of meditation in our interior following the guidelines of the scientific method.

Postponing NTV
In the coming two weekends there will be two International Pujas. Because of that, we postpone the next NirmalaTV show to the weekend after Easter, as there will be already many beautiful online programs to follow. So the next NirmalaTV Episode is on the 22nd of April.
The first Puja is the International Shri Rama Puja
With Daily Online Meditations that have started already last Sunday 3rd and lead up to Sunday 10th April. With cultural programs on Friday 8th and Saturday 9th, hosted from Japan and Germany. A Havan on Saturday hosted live from Taiwan. And the Shri Rama puja itself on the 10th will be hosted from Japan, at 9 AM Cabella time and 4 PM Japan time.
Easter Puja
The International Easter Puja will becelebrated with Puja, seminar and Wellness Camp, and hosted live from Balmoral Ashram in Australia, from the 15th until the 17th of April. Daily meditations start on Sunday the 10th.

The book of love
This is a lovely new children’s book that came out by writer Nelly Chanchez Silva. A yogini who is a professional journalist and photographer and writes mainly children’s stories. Ramayana Musical at Adi Shakti Puja in Cabella
We have been given the great privilege and honor to perform Ramayana the Musical on Shri Adi Shakti Puja in Cabella this year 17th-19th of June.
The performance retells the main story of the Ramayana in the form of musical theatre with a mix of western and Indian styles. As this is a cooperation between the hosting countries of Shri Adi Shakti Puja and Theatre of Eternal Values, some parts will be performed by professional actors/singers.
But….. we can not do it without the help of the entire Sangha
We need many actors, singers and dancers for all the roles on stage.
And many talented people behind the stage on coordinating, set, costumes and so on.

Birthday Puja
On March 21, we celebrate the auspicious occasion of Shri Mataji’s 99th Birthday. As usual the birthday Puja is hosted from India.

The desire to spread Sahajayoga in every corner of India is getting realized.
The Secretary of the Ministry of Women and Child Development approved to run Sahajayoga sessions for Pregnant Women, Lactating Mothers and Children below 6 years.
The sahaja yogis of India will soon reach out to the 10.9 lakhs of AWCs in every state to initiate ongoing Sahajayoga programs.
We hope and pray that this initiative leads to awakening in every home of India

Puja in Cabella again
Covid is still in control of the level of activities that can be performed in Cabella. The Guru Puja could not take place in the Temple and was performed in various places in Cabella to have smaller groups of people.
Nevertheless, the joy is great to visit one of the holiest places on earth and vibrations are tremendous.
The Nirmal Arts Academy was proceeding this year with fewer participants due to the restrictions – but it was there.

Adi Shakti Puja in Cabella again
We feel this Shri Adi Shakti Puja has taken us to a different level of awareness
We became more silent from within, in appreciation that we were there again, at our Mothers House.
Also we, as hosting countries got this beautiful letter of appreciation from the World Council and Casa Madre for the help and support in reopening the activities in Cabella.
The carabinieri, which were there every day, seemed to be happy with the behaviour of the yogis. And thanks to everyone following up the required procedures, it all went very smooth. That means that we are allowed to continue with the next events in Cabella.
NirmalArts Academy update
The NirmalArts Academy summer edition is happening from the 26 of July until the 31
The night of 31st we will have festival night from The temple.
Students can follow in presence, being in Cabella but also online.
So the Academy starts the day after the Gurupuja, giving you a wonderful opportunity to stay one week more in collective joy.
Preregistration for the Academy is essential, for the organization
The food will be packed lunches and dinners as we had for Adi Shakti puja, which worked very well.
Also there will be no collective tents, so one has to bring your own tent or take care of your own accommodation.
The teachers will be giving separate classes for the students who follow online.
That is better for the attention.
The teachers who are in India will only give online classes,
In Cabella we will have special arrangement to follow these classes.
Most other teachers can come, so they will be teaching also life.
Classes that can be followed:
Some of the available courses will be Tabla, Kathak, Kuchipudhi, Zentangle, Watercolor, Piano Jazz, Classic Indian Vocal, Theatre, Public Speaking and Storytelling
Guru Puja Update
The Hosting countries of the Guru puja are inviting everyone for a collective meditation on the Guru principle every day at 6 am and 7 pm, UTC+2
This started yesterday and will continue until the Guru puja weekend.
All live streams can be watched on the Vishwa Nirmala Dharma YouTube channel
Some exiting news is that on the Saturday, the 24th there will be marriage announcements. This will be done at the Castle at 2 pm Cabella time.
Of course there is a Havan on Saturday morning scheduled at 7.30 am
Friday evening there will be the Shri Guru Purnima puja at the Castle.
The Guru puja itself is planned at 4 pm on Sunday
Because of the good experience we had at the Adi Shakti puja now 1200 yogis can attend the puja weekend. 200 are allowed inside the Temple and 1000 outside.
This year there will be no collective tents at all, so that means that everyone has to take care of their own accommodation.
